My name is Jazmin Carbajal, and I am 32 years old. I have been serving as the office manager at HER Roofing for the past six months. While I am relatively new to the roofing industry, I bring a wealth of experience from my background in customer service, where I have developed strong communication and organizational skills that help me in my current role.
In my role as Office Manager at HER Roofing, I am responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our office. My duties include answering phone call, scheduling inspection appointments, inputting documents into our systems, and conducting safety meets with our team. I also manage filing and maintain our social media presence by posting updates. Additionally, I coordinate logistics for job sites, such as scheduling porta potties and capturing drone photos before and after projects. I ensure that the office is well-stocked and prepared for upcoming jobs.

While I did not complete my college education, I have gained valuable experience across various fields, including retail, customer service, social work, administration and food service. This diverse background has equipped me with a well-rounded skill set. Additionally, I hold certifications as a CertainTeed Master Craftsman and from the FAA, which further enhance my qualifications in my current role.
