We had our entire roof replaced in May. Decided to wait until we were into the rainy season to post a review. Received several bids from various contractors. HER roofing wasn't the cheapest but we are glad we chose them. Good communication and excellent product knowledge were what impressed us. From the first visit with Jana, we felt taken care of. Everything was explained thoroughly and our questions were answered without feeling talked down to or taken advantage of by up selling. We had that issue with a few other companies and it was refreshing to just have a conversation about roofs with an expert to find what we needed to get for our home.

They really lived up to the honesty part in the name, a week or so after the install, they called us up and said that the ice damn shield along the eves was never actually installed and they'd like to come out and fix it. There is no way we would have known that it wasn't installed until replacing the roof in 25 years. They showed up that same day and got it installed.

HER was a last minute addition to the list of roofing companies that I requested an estimate to replace our roof. They came out quickly and were very informative. Although they were not the lowest price that we were quoted (they were also not the highest) their estimate was very detailed and specific and it listed out all materials and quantities leaving very little unknown. This gave us the most comfort when paying for such an expensive home repair. From our perspective, the only thing in question that could change the estimate is what they would find when they ripped the old roof off because they have no visibility into what was under there.
